BeatFrame is operated by Wynaxa Connect Ltd, a company registered in Ireland. We aim to respond to everything within two working days, and faster for anything involving safety or money.

Reporting someone

You do not need to email us to report a problem. Every profile, event and conversation has a Report option, and you can block anyone — blocking stops messages in both directions immediately. Reports are reviewed by a person, and we may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts.

If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself at any time from your account settings — no need to ask us.

If you no longer have the app installed, or cannot sign in, email privacy@wynaxa.com from the address on your account and we will process the deletion for you.

Some records are kept after deletion where the law requires it — invoices and payout records in particular — and your personal details are removed from them so far as we are permitted. Deletion cannot complete while you have funds held in escrow or an open dispute, since that money still has to reach the right person. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

Money and bookings

Refunds before a creator delivers are self-serve: cancel from the booking and the payment is returned in full. Once work has been delivered, email support and we will review the booking before deciding. If you have raised a chargeback with your bank, that process takes over and we cannot refund separately while it is open.
